I have always been impressed with Expedia travel and their quality service.This experience has been horrible and has been quite a disappointment as Expedia did not help get the refund I deserved when I could not make the trip. I am rethinkinking my future use of this company.

Good stay
This was your average economy motel. It was very clean. Breakfast was minimal, but something was offered. Rooms were updated, but there were no lamps. Nice staff. If you just need a cheap overnight stay, this will do. Would stay again, if needed.

The stay was ok. The room was clean and the air conditioner worked well. I was only in the room for about 7 hours. Just time to sleep and get back on the road. The very negative thing that happened was at 0430 in the morning I received 2 back to back phone calls on the hotel phone with no one on the line. This really affected my sleep.
