I recently stayed at this budget-friendly hotel and had a great experience. The reception staff were welcoming and accommodating, making check-in a breeze. The highlight of my stay was definitely the amazing view from my room—it truly enhanced the overall atmosphere. The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants, a gift shop, and a lovely park, making it easy to explore the area. The only downside was the lack of breakfast during the week, although they do offer it on weekends. However, with so many dining options nearby, it wasn't a major issue for me. Overall, if you're looking for a pleasant stay with stunning views and great accessibility, this hotel is a solid choice. I would definitely recommend it!

Next time I would request the L rooms, I assume the L is for Lake. We were up by the street, which was fine. The lake side rooms had a better view and next to the pool. TV in our room was small and quite far away, but you don't go to Lake George to watch TV. A free breakfast would be nice, but by no means a deal breaker. Would gladly book the Lake Crest Inn again.

This was our first time lakeside after many trips to Lake George, and although the lakeside space/beach was postage-stamp size, there are nice chairs to sit in to look over the lake. We would definitely choose this hotel again. It is for sure overpriced, but all of Lake George is.

Clean and very close to everything. My wishlist would be a bigger private beach. Only had 6 chairs which were claimed the entire day with guest towels and boats all in the area docked which made the water acess crowded. Other than that, this place is perfect. Very attentative to detail keeping it clean.
