I enjoyed the spacious room, the big closet and character of the hotel. They kept the charm of the hotel in mind when they renovated it. Very beautiful. I liked the fact that there were dining options and a pub on site. We had great food and excellent service. I cant wait for my next visit.

I only have two small complaints: Bathroom was a little small with very little space for essentials. Maybe add some shelving. One morning I was awakened very early by sonic boom sounds from the emptying of dumpsters. Otherall we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Its a nice hotel with friendly staff. But what i really didn’t like was bed construction, it has king size base and queen bed on it, so first couple of steps I hit my shin on 2 inches of protruding wood, my leg is still swollen and painful. I've never seen that in any hotel. Other that that, it's nice hotel in decent area with decent price.

The hotel was clean and matched the pictures. It offered great dining options and was conveniently located just 5-10 minutes from Lake George and the outlets. However, there were a few drawbacks: the bathroom in our room was quite small, there weren't enough outlets, and our room was next to the elevator, which was a bit noisy.

My daughter, two grandchildren and I received a very warm welcome from the pleasant lady at the front desk. The room was very clean and comfortable. We all slept well and enjoyed a lovely breakfast at your hotel restaurant (with a pleasant staff there as well)! We will be back!

Loved the location in the center of Glens Falls. Easy access to local restaurants/ park/ shops. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Room clean and comfortable, just wouldn't be a good fit for a long stay as there was nowhere to hang clothing in our room. ( only a small dresser)

All that you need
The hotel was very clean and fulfilled. All of our basic needs. There were four of us in the room and it was not crowded. Perfect for anybody that’s coming down to the races. The hotel is in a beautiful setting very close to excellent restaurants. I would strongly recommend, staying here

Central location of hotel and friendliness of the staff was awesome One critique of the room was the toilet seat and water level of the bowl Seat was to low and the water level was to high creating a little problem when using the toilet
