We enjoyed our 2 night stay - the pool is nice and has a lovely view of the lake. The rooms were nice, but need updating. The shower is horrible and is adequately sized for a tiny child, and the water comes out in bullets and hurts! The lighting in the sink area is horrible and flickered the entire time so you can not put on makeup there. The staff was nice. We wanted so badly to rent jet skis but it costs $250 per person so for the 3 of us and probably most people, that was waaaay too expensive. Overall, we had a nice getaway and the staff was friendly.

I love how convenient this location is and that we get free ice tickets total bonus. This this my six times stay in here and Im nerver dissapointed. The staff is always outstanding and helpful.

Great location and great staff. We loved looking out on the lake. It was quiet and other guests were respectful. The room was clean but in need of some updating. Unfortunately, the room phone didn’t work and the room air conditioning unit was very noisy. I’d definitely stay there again but would request a newer unit. We found the restaurant food was expensive and not very good. I ordered fish tacos that were served in a flour tortilla with parsley( not good ), my husband ordered a plain burger that tasted like cardboard but the fries and server were great.

Old resort hotel - AC filter needs changing, room smelled. Refrigerator wasn't cleaned out. Very crowded and noisy. Staff not helpful in familiarizing guests as to amenities.

I was first put in a room that semmed real bad and it was supposed to be pet free because i am allergic. Next door were 2 dogs that ran up on me in my patio. The front dest was great about it. They changed my room and the new room was great. The people therr were so nice. The restaurant at dinner was ok. But not a far drive to London Bridge. Would definitely stay there again.

Upon arriving at hotel at 11am the front desk said the room is ready but it would cost $100 to “check in early”. They said they could do 1:30 without charging. I feel this is bad business. Maybe I will always say I am checking out as late as possible even when I leave early in day. Doesn’t seem fair.
