The staff are very unfriendly. They don’t seem to understand hospitality. We didn’t need much but the two times I asked for something they claimed was available, not only were they “out” but the staff were rude. I really liked the room even though it smelled weird. The hot tub was nice and so was the bed.

A bit of construction going on in another room but was minimal during the day. Very nice place to stay. Super comfortable beds. Nice housekeeping details found in 5 star hotels.

Very nice property with a great staff. The room was somewhat noisy with the road right behind our room and the water running noise with the next-door shower. We would definitely stay here again, but request a room not next to the road. Great pool and spa!

Hello, they gave us a different room which is below our expectation. Missing the kitchenette, and smell smoke or cigarette. The bathtub door glass is dangerous, not working nor sliding well, In fairness, the lady working on Saturday morning was nice, friendly and helpful, including the tech who brought us extra blanket. Thanks for that. The pool and spa are refreshing.

Stayed here in October. No snow but mid 50s low 35s weather. Super close to heavenly village walking distance. Lots of restaurants nearby gas station etc. also walkable to marina the lake shore. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again. Room was neat and clean
