Conveniently located pet-friendly hotel
We love Three Peaks, it’s the best pet-friendly hotel in the Stateline / Lakeside area where we prefer to stay. The suites are spacious, comfy and the kitchen is equipped with everything we need. The location is convenient, just a couple of blocks from the beach, casinos, stores and restaurants. It’s so nice to stay at a hotel where pets are welcome, it makes vacationing so much simpler and enjoyable for us to be able to travel without fur baby. This is the fourth time we’ve stayed here and we plan to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! The spacious kitchen was incredibly useful, and we really appreciated having a hot tub to relax in. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the Heavenly Gondola, which we preferred. The only downside was that the bedroom AC wasn’t working, but overall, we still enjoyed our stay very much. Great value for the price

The room was kind of ok. There were not many parkings available and most of the time we had to park far from the room. Location was good and was walkable to the heavenly gondola. One thing I really liked that they allowed us to cancel our last day of the stay with refund as we decided to come back early to avoid heavy snow shower next day.

The hotels location is perfect. 8 min walking distance both from beach and from heavenly village. The room was clean. Bedding, sink and bathroom very clean. Tabletops ok, just a few stains. The only disadvantage was the outdated heating conditioner. I was setting it low for night and it would still turn on every 10-15 minutes making loud noise. Kids slept, but me and my husband would wake up every half an hour at night. The second night we just turned it off. Luckily the room didn’t get too cold. The other inconvenience was having to ask a day before to clean the room. They didn’t warn about it.

I booked a deluxe double room and there was absolutely nothing “deluxe” about the room I was given. It felt like a cheap motel room, a far cry from the deluxe king room I remember from my previous stay, which had a mini kitchenette and a cozy, cabin-like feel. This room didn’t come close to that standard. What really made the experience unbearable, though, was the front desk receptionist. I called ahead to request an early check-in at 12 PM on December 23rd, and while she said she’d put me on an early check-in list, she made it clear it wasn’t guaranteed. Fine, I understand policies. But when I arrived at 2 PM, I was told my room wasn’t ready and to come back at 3 PM. What truly upset me was watching the guest ahead of me receive an early check-in without any issue. Then, just two minutes later, when I came back with my 2-year-old daughter to use the restroom, the room I was waiting for miraculously became available. To top it off, it was filthy, and she had the nerve to suggest I pay another $150 for an upgrade. Her attitude was dismissive and rude, as if she was on my case for no reason. The whole experience left a bitter taste. The room wasn’t deluxe, the service was subpar, and I expected much better based on my previous stay. I will not stay here again in the future.

Checked in around 7pm after a long drive and it was quick and efficient! Everyone who worked there I met were kind & helpful! The room keys were super sensitive and needed to be reset a few times over my stay (but I was made aware of the sensitivity at check in; keep away from wallet and phone they said), but not a major issue, just a minor annoyance. Room was clean, had a musty smell when I walked in, but cleared up after adjusting the A/C. Parking can be slightly tough since it’s busy during winter; but not impossible; you’re given a permit btw. Will absolutely come back!
