Liked location. Liked the bathroom and beds were comfortable. TV was fuzzy, furniture showed the old age. Lobby carpeting on stairs and gold hand rails need a deep cleaning.

Only good thing about property was its location to the concert event. Very nice to walk from concert back To hotel In seconds. The place hasn’t been renovated since 70’s at least. Carpet stinks, walls are dirty and wallpaper is pealing off walls, elevators are so Slow and often don’t function. It’s just a pretty gross place to stay.

Waitress and bar services limited on Sunday morning went to 2 bars and they were closed. Waitress didn’t come around once and I was gambling for a long time. After paying an expensive fee for one night stay they charge extra for early check in, plus $20 parking and we stayed there as guests. We walked to Harrah’s it look a bit nicer.

The hotel itself was ok, but the cost of Starbuck's coffee was outrageous! Also, it takes 1 hr to get drinks in the casino. I'm spending my money gambling but have to wait for an hour to get a beer. Completely unacceptable!

I have never stayed at a casino resort were the staff verbatim tells it’s guests well you’ve came at an inconvenient time, issues with PAID parking working so requiring the assistance of security everytime to open gate . Which they were annoyed we were calling. Then go to front desk who says what do you expect me to do call the manager and she rolls her eyes saying well it’s broke you came at an inconvenient time.. my cousin got swindled for an “upgraded” room which was t even upgraded resort fees for no resort service. I can’t make this up. All of the front desk employees need a wake up call training and be grateful they have jobs and do not treat guests like their an inconvenience . We weren’t even complaining customers . I am still in disbelief that a place that is trying to be upscale and a Caesars property would employee people like this. On to the dates rooms, please offer more sophisticated fixtures for upgraded rooms the rooms feel like they are from the 2000 era and smell musky!

I wish we were told ahead that housekeeping is not available if you stayed less than 3 nights. Food at Joe's bar and grill was awful. Drinks were charged exorbitantly high prices. Small glass of local beer was charged $10. Gin Tonic was undrinkable.

Loved this property. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Great staff. Brought our E-Bikes and bell service were able to secure them in a locked area. Casino was clean and well staffed. Loved Joe's Sports Bar and Grill.. Room was clean and very spacious with a beautiful mountain and lake view. Very reasonabley priced

Had to call to ask for a refrigerator which was left at our door. Room was clean & comfy, but small. Wallpaper in hall was peeling off. Surprised at $20 fee for parking. Also disappointed that with all the restaurants advertised, only 2 were open and food was terrible.

We stayed on the 6th floor on the mountain elevator. Our room smelled awful. Like old musty smells. Tried to go to the Mexican restaurant for a late dinner after checking in and ended up walking out after two minutes of no one acknowledging us. I'll definitely try another property next time.

Very run down hotel - although in a non-smoking part of the hotel, my room smelled of smoke to start with and at night more cigarette smoke was wafting in from the corridor. The accommodations are super out of date - no access to good coffee in the morning. Service was good overall- staff was nice and helpful, but I would never stay there again.

Fine for a quick stop but over all poorly maintained property. There was mold in the shower, wallpaper peeling off of the wall, hallways and overall interior falling apart. Limited outlets in the room to charge devices. I wouldn't stay here again if I could choose.
