Our non smoking room smells like cigaret including sheets, blanket and pillow. I explain the front desk the next day of our stay, the lady said they will send an ozone generator to purify the air. We came back at night and were the same. Room was very clean including bathroom and bed the only problem was smell. The elevator didn’t work for a while.

Iy was a nice stay the rooms were clean. The complaint we have was they didn't offer housekeeping. Not what I would have expected from a nice hotel like Harvey's.

I enjoyed my stay here. Staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was pretty nice. Food was good. Location near other casinos and a short walk to the lake was awesome. Only complaint would be the $20 a day parking fee and the $40 valet fee. I think if you're a GUEST those things should be included in the resort fee you already have to pay.

The hotel rooms need to be updated. I was in one room, and asked to be moved because the neighbors were playing loud music. Tried calling the front desk using the phone, but it was not working so I had to walk down. Second room that was given was not clean, so I went back down in which they gave me a third room. That room was fine even though the walls were dingy and the carpets were leaving black stuff on our feet. Also construction started on the hotel at 8am, not ideal for people who are on vacation who sleep in. Staff was very kind and accommodating, but Harvey's definitely needs an upgrade and maybe it would be nice to give the hotel guests notice that construction is happening.

I was able to book this hotel with no issues. I reserved it for my husband and his family from out of country. They had no issues, easy to get around, and had a great time!

First Hiccup with Reservation in Many Years
My reservation through Hotels.com was not visible to the hotel registration desk. I had to spend 4 hours waiting, calling and waiting some more for Hotels.com customer service to resend confirmation emails to me and hotel management.
