The rooms were big, and had a great view of the lake! The staff are very nice and welcoming! BUT The lodge is old and noisy especially when you walk. We could not sleep because people on top floor were walking constantly in their room causing the wooden floor to creak. The carpet was dirty in the room and there’s no housekeeping during stay. Nothing in vicinity so you’re pretty much stuck in the room. would not stay there again!

Comfortable Stay
Overall, we had a comfortable stay. The room rates were quite expensive but given it was NY’s weekend, it’s expected. The room had a very nice view of the lake and mountains. The property itself is somewhat outdated but it’s not bad. They had a jacuzzi which was a nice touch. The place is closed to CVS & Heidi’s Restaurant which was a plus.

Staff were friendly and nice. The view is worth a million dollars but the lodge is old. They need to update the property. Rooms are dated. Lighting is poor. Carpet feels dirty. But the bed sheets and towels are clean.
