"The villa is nice and clean. The upstairs terrace is wonderful. The owner and the property manager are very attentive and responsive to communication. The pool is perfect. Overall, it is a very quiet, clean complex. My family and I didn't love Seven Seas beach which was the main reason we chose this location. You have to cross some large, sharp, rocky areas to enter the ocean and the water was very cloudy while we were there. No ability to snorkel at all even though some sites say this beach is good for snorkeling. The villa is fairly close to El Yunque and we enjoyed hiking and seeing the rainforest."
