Every staff member with whom I interacted was very friendly and helpful. The hotel feels modern and is clean and bright. I was impressed with the pool area and the food and drinks provided in that area. It was very easy to contact the concierge via text if I needed anything at all.

The property is beautiful. The room was very clean and the bed/pillows were really comfortable. The little market was great when you are over eating every meal out. The pool was great, disappointed it closed at 7pm when the website stated 10pm. The check in line was insanely long, by the time we checked in we had about 30 min to enjoy the pool. Earlier check in and more staff to check guests in would have been much more helpful. Did not appreciate the bombardment of staff after trying to get me to buy a timeshare after waiting almost 45 min to check in. Other than that, I would go back for the quality of room and pool.

I like that the hotel wasn't right in the middle of the strip and you didn't have to go through a smokey casino to get to your room. Rates were high due to a raider's game but it was much less than the other casinos. It was still within walkable distance to the Wynn where we dined and to the circus circus for the kid's, as well as the strat! The pool is nice too. The staff is great. The only thing that would make it better in my opinion is the dining options. The coffee and creamer in the room was terrible but I guess that's how it is every where. So make sure and bring your own coffee and creamer. The kitchen was great because since we have kids we brought food, snacks and drinks. They make starbucks coffee in the market but do not have a full Starbucks food menu which would have been nice. The drinks at the lobby bar were delish. We will definitely be staying here again.

The service, the cleaning of the room was excellent.The check in process was terrible. Since I booked thru Hotels.com with a payment plan thru affirm. Hilton said it was declined and we would have to pay in full. Support via Hotels.com was excellent and resolved this issue. However it was very stressful after a long travel day. There should be more training provided when partnering with these hotels to understand how to handle these types of transactions

Room was ready for us before check in time and the whole process was quick. When we got there the room was clean and had a great view.

It seemed to be a long walk or having to take an Uber around. I may be to negative on this, as looking around that seems to be the case every where.

Big meh
OK and comfy for a night's stay, but no restaurant. There is an outdoor pool grill where you can get a burger in 104 degrees but only other food is ridiculously priced minimart on the lower level. $4.50 for a cup of yoghurt? No thanks. Dennys down the street, and Peppermill. If you like fine dining, any of the restaurants across the street at the Fontainebleau are superb.
