This unit was obviously the last room to book. There were several issues and not much sleep was had due to the noise and temperature involving the HVAC. I would recommend that the company inspect rooms regularly and address the issues as they arise. This room seemed to be the one with many problems. The bathroom door did not even fully close.

Making my reservation was easy with Hotels.com. when I arrived, the staff were there to process me in. The lobby was clean and the restaurant area was clean and inviting. My room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It had everything I needed including an iron and ironing board.

The front desk receptionist, Brandis, was very nice and professional. The hotel provided a hot free breakfast each day which was awesome. It was different each day and we stayed for 3 nights. Tracey, who helped with the breakfast, made sure the area was kept clean and the buffet line was always filled with food. She was very nice and helpful in making sure we had what we needed.

Very nice hotel!
My only complaint are hat there are no USB ports in the room, and the blimds cannot be closed to block oit light. Breakfast was ok. Staff is EXCEPTIONAL!

The front desk staff was amazing! The attendant was very pleasant, accommodating, and offered us bottle at check in. She later called to make sure our room was satisfactory and it absolutely was.
