This hotel is centrally located and easily accesses several attractions nearby. The property is well kept and clean. The few times we interacted with the front staff, they were very friendly. The only con we had for this hotel is bed and size of the room. The room was just big enough for the king bed and a walkway to the bathroom. The bed was EXTREMELY uncomfortable. We woke up sore all 3 days we were there. *side note: the water pressure was very low

This hotel is the one we always stay at when we travel through Atlanta. It is clean, safe and convenient. It doesn't have a lot of frills, but we like it for a great place to stop after a long day of driving.

I like that Tru has no carpet or curtains to hold dust, has a shade to shut out light and has a walk-in shower instead of tub. Only problem is shower is slippery so I always request a shower mat.

The hotel was amazing! The bed wasn’t super comfortable but we slept well, so it’s not to complain about. Our tv didn’t work so we let the front desk know at check out. Again we didn’t need it so not a complaint. Everything was clean and well kept. Breakfast was wonderful and had other options that you usually don’t find at other hotels. I had forgotten a toothbrush and the front desk had some to give out. Really enjoyed our stay.

While the room and the hotel itself was great, we experienced on day 2 the staff coming in to our room while we were there. They would knock on the door and immediately opened the door without waiting for our acknowledgment. I avoided an uncomfortable situation while coming out of the shower! When I spoke to the manager she excused the action of her staff because they had sprinkle inspection. I was very upset and told her she needed to notify us of this inspection before her and reprimanded how poorly she ran the operations that morning. As guests I would have allowed the inspection had we be given prior notice, instead of the management not caring for the intrusive behavior they created that morning.
