Very outdated hotel, chairs in the room all ripped, bathroom tiles cracked, walls with holes, old towels not white anymore. Breakfast very poor and won’t bring more food, I had to ask for more coffee and stuff wasn’t happy. Some spills on the floor and they didn’t clean it even after I asked. Juice and cappuccino machine out of order. When I checked out nobody was at front desk and when he finally came almost yelled at me to leave the key “there”. When I asked where, looking for a drop box, he grabbed the key an put it on the counter. Zero customer service, except the check in guy who was ok

There was no microwave to make a cup of tea, it had a couple of teabags. The coffee heater thing was very dirty and couldn't get it to work. When we went to breakfast our key would not let us back in our room. Staff had to reset it. Breakfast was pitiful.
