We did not stay there as they could not accommodate our stay. We had let them know we had a dog and they wanted to put us on the third floor. Then they proceeded to tell me that they would also be putting an extra hold on my credit card that would be refunded between 6 to ten days later, depending upon how fast the bank.

We always book with this hotel because we like to know what we are getting. A breakfast was advertised but we got none and it was dirty. Long hair was all over the room and there was something g wrong with the heat. We had to disinfect everything before we touched it. It was gross and we can’t believe it is part of the chain. We will be travelling that route once a year for the foreseeable future and we’re seeking g secure clean hotels. We will not be goi g back and are considering finding a more reliable chain that offers consistency.

The room was dirty and the bed hard as a rock. The front desk clerk told me nothing like when was breakfast or check out. The maid decided 9:45 a.m. was a good time to vacuum

The staff was rude and charged extra for my registered ESA animals. The AC didnt really work, we couldn't get extra towels, pillows or toiletries and there was no breakfast free or otherwise. Im surprised a Wyndham hotel could get away carrying that name and be so abysmal
