Breakfast Choices Subpar
We were disappointed with the selection for breakfast. Warm food included only sausage links and gravy for a biscuit. The boiled eggs in the refrigerator were rubbery. Unfortunately, we chose this hotel because another review said the breakfast selection was great - which it definitely was not. Additionally, the bathroom had hair in the corners. We will select a different hotel next time we are through Lima.

Front desk person unsatisfactory
Our stay was adequate. Room was clean. Very disappointed in check-in service. Attendant at front seat was a sordid, straight-faced, unfriendly person. Never cracked a smile once. I felt like she did t care in the least that I was standing there in front of her. Made me feel unwelcome.

I stayed the night after attending a wedding. Since I was unable to check-in before the wedding (3:00 pm), the staff at the front desk was indifferent and unhelpful in providing me a space to change into my suit after a two hour drive to the premises. I ended up changing in the men's restroom.

I loved everything about this hotel. It is conveniently located near fantastic restaurants, civic center, walkable historic restaurants, activity centers, and shopping. Its quiet, clean, comfortable, has all of the Enemies, and a friendly staff at a reasonable cost. I will stay again if awarded the opportunity.
