The room and property was great. The lady that checked us in was very short and rude. She was playing on her phone the whole time and was very rude. I tried asking a couple questions and she just cut me off and made me feel like I was being an inconvenience.

The "standard" layout of the room was nice with a king bed and sink separate from the bath tub and toilet. Flat screen TV worked fine. The rug in the room looked clean and had a nice look. However, the furniture was really beat up and the desk chair back was broken. The bathroom door was apparently damaged with the bottom being soaked in water and the repair was functional but looked horrible.

We stayed here overnight on our way home. This is a route we take often but have not tried this hotel before. We won’t again. The pool was nasty, the hot tub was actually green! Told my kids they could get in it. The room was fine there was good water pressure for the shower that everyone needed after the pool. The beds were a little hard but that seems pretty typical to me. The breakfast was good.

The lady clerk at the counter when we came in went above and beyond to accommodate us. We left her a small tip at the front desk and told the gentleman to make sure she got it and told him what wo derful job she did. Felicia called us and left s message thanking us. No one has ever done that before.
