Stay-n-Lake Townhome #25

Featuring 4 bedrooms on 2 levels of living this townhome is perfect for a group of 10.

You will enjoy the lake views from the second floor balcony while you cook your meals and relax after a great day in Bear Lake. The kitchen and two bedrooms and one bathroom are located upstairs. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a twin over full bunk bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with all your cooking needs and there is a grill on the downstairs' patio.

Downstairs you will find the other two bedrooms and a living space with a large couch and a TV for your enjoyment. In the two bedrooms downstairs you will find two sets of twin bunk beds in one room and in the other room a full over queen bunk bed. There is a bathroom with a shower for those two rooms.

Ride your bike or take a quick stroll into the downtown area of Garden City. You're a 5 minute walk to the Garden City Park or a 10 minute walk to the Garden City Pond which is a great place for kids to fish. There is a kids splash pad and outdoor pickle ball court located just outside of the townhomes or just walk across the street to the Legacy Beach clubhouse which includes access to a swimming pool (seasonal), year-round hot tub, and a 24-hour gym.

During the winter months bundle up and head to the Beaver Mountain ski resort located just 15 minutes from town. Along with endless hills and trails for snowmobiling, snowshoeing and cross country skiing. No matter the season there is always something to do and enjoy here in Bear Lake!

Excellent accommodation at Bear Lake
The place was clean, had plenty of comfy beds, and could not be closer to the lake. We had a lovely time staying here and enjoyed both pools at the property and going paddle boarding on the lake just across the street. Parking was ample, and we were comfy the whole time.

It was not cleaned very well AT all. The ice maker did not work and there was no water dispenser. Kitchen was stocked ok but not great. It was very convenient and was very cute!
