Our check in was smooth although the front desk clerk wasn't overly helpful. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the linens were very nice quality. The bre aKfast was good but there was no air conditioning in the lobby area and it was HOT!!

Horrible - Don't Stay Here
Receptionist was aloof to almost rude, told me that the3rd party I booked thru had not pais, wanted to charge me even though I had a paid receipt which she never even looked at, called her manager 3 times, and I stood around waiting for a room key for over 20 minutes. I will NEVER stay with a CHOICE Comfort Inn and Suites again - EVER!!! The water bottle dispeser in the lobby didn't work to top it off.

The staff was nice and it was a quiet property. The AC in the room was incredibly loud (kept us awake it was so loud) and the sheets were old so the amount of piling on them made it feel like sand in the bed. The pool was nice but the hot tub had about 6 inches of sand in the bottom. Property is clean and felt safe (female solo traveler). Overall it’s fine for a quick sleep on a long cross country drive.
