I'm 71 years old and this was just an experience for me and my fiance.We felt like we were in the cyber world in our room because of everything being controlled by the tablet.The different lighting set the mood.The place was very clean and we had space for everything.The location was perfect we took the metro and we felt safe at that location.Your staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very pleasant and helpful staff, everything was neat and clean, rooms are a bit smaller but good value for the price in downtown. Surroundings are not so appealing mostly because of homelessness, but hotel security is pretty good with security personnel being around all the time. Will not mind staying again

Super convenient to Grand Central Market and arts district. Parking is tricky and expensive downtown, but I guess that’s just LA. Rooms are tiny but quiet and nicely laid out, plus the public spaces are comfortable for hanging out.

we love everything at this hotel,it’s our second time now booking at this hotel,from front desk (Carla) who let us check in early to the nice,very clean and comfortable bed.our experience is always better than any high end hotels.but if it’s your first time in LA it’s kinda far from all the attractions
