Loved Citizen M establishment, clean, great helpful staff, good breakfast, building locks front door by 8 p.m. - for safty reasons, use your hotel room card key fror reentry to hotel. Surrounding Area is very sketchy, lots of homeless people- which doesn't bothers me - its just when theyre drugged up & that can be dangerous. I will like to try another Citizen M establishment in the future. ~ M J

Everything well done and thoughtfully designed. It’s just the small size of the rooms. Tight space for two people. For solo travelers and really short and thin couples, it’s great!!!

Everything was great. Room was the size of a cruise ship room but we knew that going in. Staff was nice and friendly. Bar in the lobby with lots of places to hang out and chill. Doors lock at night so you need your key card to enter which i liked. And you need your key card to use the elevator. Bus stop was 1 minute walk away and if you take the dash its free. Room was clean and the shower was lovely. Would definitely stay here again.
