I was invited to an event, and E-Central was the perfect walking distance from it. It was noisy at night since it's downtown LA. Upon checking in, I received two complementary water bottles, which was a pleasant surprise. My name was on the TV upon entering my room. I appreciated the free coffee and tea in my room as well. All of the staff I encountered at E-Central were super friendly and nice. This made the overall experience great, so I will choose E-Central the next time I visit LA.

The valet and bellman were most excellent!
Perfect for a Laker game! I picked here for the location right next to Crypto arena and everything went smooth. The valet and the bellman were most excellent! So I tipped them accordingly, even though the hotel valet charge is absurdly overpriced. Resort fee also not cool. And a rando Destination fee is illegal now in California if it's not listed upfront BEFORE YOU BOOK the room so be ready. Lucky I didn't deal with it since I booked through here. Room was clean and comfy. The rain shower was legit. The outdoor patio lounge was great drinking free hotel coffee and playing chess in the morning with my girlfriend. Just make sure you take care of the bellman and valet still as it's not their fault the extra fees are so high. They were the most helpful and friendly and just made our stay inviting, super smooth and memorable.
