Booked an executive suite, AC and Air in main bedroom wasn’t working but we didn’t mind to tell the staff but it would of been nice for everything to be working, also facility has no microwave anywhere we had to walk to another location to heat up certain things :)

Great stay. Downtown LA so a lot of music right across the street, but leaving the A/C fan set to on, running all night, drowned out the noise for the most part. Nice gym too! Highly recommend!

The overall experience was ok. There is no self parking only valet at $55 a night, no pool, and no microwave in the building. So don’t think you’ll wake up and enjoy your leftovers if any. Also my friend door wasn’t working properly in the three days/two nights we were there she had to constantly keep going up and down the elevator to get her key remade, which is highly inconvenient. The rooms were pretty clean though.

aside from the expensive parking fee, our staying experience was great. Clean room, comfortable bed, and friendly staff. My only suggestion is to have complimentary toothpaste, but luckily you have a convenience store in the lobby which isn’t too expensive. Will be staying here again. Love the size of the tv and how close my room was to the ice machine.

Pros: Convenient location, smooth check in. Room was clean and nicely decorated. Hotel offers breakfast options at a cost, water bottles at check in. Cons: Parking is an extra cost (valet or self) and the hotel charges you an additional fee that is not shared at booking. Hold on card is $100, total charge at check out was about $80.

Nice clean room and the staff was great. But the hotel did Not have a microwave in this entire hotel….. Please invest in a few microwaves for your guest please.
