I will come back when renovations are done.
The stay was nice. I wish the lobby bar was actually available for coffee in the morning considering they have the espresso machine. There’s no in room coffee. The pool is currently under renovation. Outside water feature was also in operative, but the fire pit did work the hotel bar and late night service was actually excellent.

Thank you to all the staff that made our stay wonderful. Traveling with a newborn is rough work but the staff at the hotel bent over backwards with all the help and accommodations they provided. Everything from a crib to an electric kettle for baby formula. We hope to come back soon!

This would have 5 stars with the exception of parking. Elevator and doors are shut through the night which caused me to walk around the street and down a ramp to be able to access my vehicle. I was carrying heavy stuff so this was difficult and upsetting.

Stayed here before and enjoyed it, but this return trip was spotty. For a second time the pool area was closed, after the property charging a resort fee. For what. Room service was very difficult to the point, after trying to call repeatedly, I had to dress and walk down to restaurant to order. The phone buttons for services all went to a fast busy signal, so to communicate it was necessary to use my cellphone. I requested a late checkout since checkin was 4:00 pm and was charged additional $50. I guess my only choice is to not stay in this property again.

I enjoyed my stay at Delphi the only complaint I have is they don't seem to have light for the bedroom. They had it for the walk-in closet and entryway but not the living area and bedroom.

Hotel is gorgeous, rooms are terrible
Don’t be fooled by the lobby, the guest rooms and the entire guest floor are a time machine to the 1970’s. Carpet felt yeck, bed uncomfortable, ironing board was a mini. Really poor quality room and room amenities. On the other hand, the staff were great and lobby level looks amazing. Really need to bring the guest floor up to the level of quality on the public floor.

Nice room, but no hot water; staff explained that it had been a problem all night. As a result, I was provided credit. Hallway rugs were dirty (lots of debris). Rug in elevator was lifting from surface. I almost tripped on entering. I will not return to this hotel.
