I lucked out by selecting this place for my first-ever trip to Cabo. The price was amazing. There were no negatives. The staff was friendly and helpful. The housekeeping was spotless. The room was large, clean and comfortable. Great A/C and mini-fridge in room. Two very comfortable queen size beds plus a separate twin sized bed. Plenty of hot water and good pressure in tiled shower. Mini-safe in armoire. It was only one block off a major street but surprisingly quiet. A XoXo convenience store steps away. Easy walk to the marina. Quiet, safe residential neighborhood. Great casual sit-down taco restaurant 2 blocks down the street toward the marina; don't miss the fish tacos! Good breakfast cantina one block down and steps up a side street. Adequate free parking in back. Nice sitting area near rear stairs to parking area; the perfect place to kick back with a good book, a cold beer and enjoy the breeze. If you want a quiet, comfortable place to chill, this is it. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Cabo!
Great Comfortable Hotel Nice décor In a perfect location A Super mix of local and tourist attractions Everything within walking distance Clean LARGE room Super king size bed and really comfortable A/C works great Secure Parking and a Gated Hotel Thanx to the whole staff and Jeff for a great stay
This hotel is about 6 Mexican blocks or 2 American sized blocks away from everything. There are several restaurants lining the street and a Oxxo store about 1 block away. We were able to come back to the hotel several times a day to change or for short rests from various sites of interest. Just for the convenience of location and hotel cleanliness we plan to go back and stay there again.

Big Rooms. Not Best For Woman Alone
My only complaint was the location. Both evenings I walked back to the hotel by myself. I didn't feel completely safe. Also no coffee in the hotel.
Great little place for budget travelers but NOISY. Lots of people running around and talking loudly early in the morning. Easy to walk to the main part of town. Room was pleasant, sparse but clean.
Friendly service, good price, and comfy bed, will definitely go here again and recommend to people. This is not a resort with a pool but a good place to sleep with air conditioning and close to everything. Shampoo soap towels toilet paper all provided.

Used for one night
Used as one overnight stay which was on a Saturday night . It was very noisy .
There was a rooster that crowed most of night, a dog parking and lots of noise from other guests.

Nice simple hotel, nothing fancy and nothing like a resort. Room was nice, bed was great. Safe was small, but nothing was messed with in my room. So my laptop would not fit, its about 10" x 4" and about 6" deep. Shower has low water presser and takes a while for the hot to show up, but that is very common everywhere I have stayed in Mexico. You will not get a shower like in the states. :) But it is also so warm that you don't really want a hot shower. Nice simple hotel.
Liked this hotel so much we stayed an extra night. A few blocks from the hustle and bustle of the harbour and beaches, a block from the shopping areas but somehow quiet and calm within the hotel. Just around the corner are stores and food. Everything we needed was within walking distance including Medano Beach. Should we return to Cabo we'll be staying here again.

Nice hotel for the money.
The hotel is far enough away from the night life which is loud. It is quiet here and the room is comfortable. It is not an upscale hotel by any means but the staff is friendly and helpful. It is a 5 minute walk to the Marina and downtown area. If you are looking for cheap this is a good place to stay. Dining is close and food is excellent.
Rooms were clean and service was good. Victor was great I believe he was the owner.

Not horrible.
6 short blocks to get from the hotel to downtown; at the time of my stay, the road was under construction (no asphalt/concrete, just packed dirt) so my taxi had to drive over a mound of dirt to get there. It makes the place (and the walk to downtown) feel a bit sketchy. Clerk was curt and didn't smile; perhaps the hotel isn't really intended for English-speaking guests, but check-in was fast and he gave me the wi-fi password quickly when asked.
Maybe if you travel in a larger group, you'd feel safer making the walk from there to the livelier parts of Cabo San Lucas.
right around the corner from down town, but far enough away from busy traffic and noise. Nice little hotel for the budget traveler. Would recommend for budget traveling.
Save Money, Sleep Comfortably, Keep Cool, Good Wif
I stayed in my luxury resort two months ago and was taken for over $5,000 by a ghost company above Sr. Frogs, which has now moved to another two locations. I needed a economical place to stay to stretch my stay as I would next fly for a reunion in Alaska. For $32.00 wow ...tv, fan, air conditioning all worked great! It is family owned and they take pride in cleaning and bringing fresh towels etc. Mom, Dad, and the grown kids all take part. With Hurricane Blanca, they simply close the heavy doors and shrug that Odiel didn't bother them. Parking is secured after 11 pm by a protected inclosure. If after that one can park in the family's property behind the hotel. I travelled alone and felt very safe. Neighborhood is typical Mexican style. Stores, restaurants are within walking distance. My knees are very bad so I took a taxi ever where. I had an excellent room bottom floor on the end Room 106. There is a cute rooster who crows once in a while, which is pretty cool usually only at sunrise and sunset. Place was quit and serene. Road construction was going on but by the time I post this, road should be nicely paved. Wifi here was better here than at my other more expensive resorts. I agree this is a nice place to stay with a very comfortable bed and an opportunity to save lots of money so that one can take in a lot more fun activities.
