We ended up with a late check-in after sitting in traffic for hours, and we were met with friendliness & efficiency. The hotel isn’t super easy to find without GPS, but who doesn’t have GPS nowadays? Room had everything we needed.

My slippers kept sticking to the bathroom floor, also the floor under the sink, if the vacuum cleaner cannot research it, it doesn’t get cleaned.

The front desk person was always in the back room. I went in and out couple times and didn't see him. Room was dirty with used tooth floss picks on the bathroom floor. It was dust. Breakfast poor, not hot plate choices(eggs, sausage)

The property was very poorly maintained. The breakfast was a joke Rarely could you find someone at the front desk. When we checked out a lady from the laundry tried to find someone for us. She could not locate anyone either. We checked in Wednesday night. On Thursday morning we reported a light out in bathroom. When we checked out Sunday it still had not been replaced.

Our two-night stay was fantastic. The room was clean and attractive. The morning breakfast was delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We hiked the National Forest each day and it was wonderful arriving back at this great hotel.

It was good for one night but I wouldn’t stay here for longer than two. It’s a little outdated and the parking was horrible. Not enough parking at all. Breakfast was okay.

We were given a room that had not been cleaned. Had to return to front desk and wait 30 mins for a room to be cleaned. The hot tub was closed. The entire hotel smelled musty. The paint was peeling in the bathroom. No fruit with breakfast. Door to room had to be pulled after closing or it would not stay closed.

This Hotel was very dirty, sheets, towels and Carpets were stained and dirty. The bathroom was gross, the walls looked like they had never been cleaned, the tub was also not clean. The location was good other than that, but would not recommend.

Nope, needs work.
Arrived @ 1500 w/ reservation confirmation stating we could check in @ 1400. Got room key after 1700. Rooms had mold, smelled of mildew, had multiple holes in walls, some patched w/o color matching, Cockroach found in bathroom the first morning. Returned first day to find our keys were wiped & we could not access the room. Went to front desk for assistance & saw sign that said there was no front desk staff & to go to the hotel next door for assistance. Went next door & identified my key issue. Noticed that 2 card keys were in a sleeve with my room’s number on the sleeve. Had to go back to the check in desk @ my hotel to get my card keys re-programmed. Low on breakfast supplies. Waffle batter came out slow as though it was empty, no “fresh” juice, it was in boxes in a small fridge, eggs, sausage, & gravy for biscuits were edible.
