When I checked in they gave me a room key and then I went to the room and open the door and for my sorprice there were two people on the beds.
I went to the lobby and I explained what I see and the hostess give me another room , the room had cocaroches and the bathroom did not have a shower curtain.
This hotel should take out of your list.
It was disgusting and I need a refund.
The door to our room didn't close properly. The non-smoking room reeked of old smoke. The bathroom was disgusting. The exhaust fan was burning plastic. The AC was functioning, but so loud it disturbed sleep. The "complimentary breakfast" was practically non-existent. Would not recommend.
The lady at front desk was amazing and super friendly!! Our room smelled like dogs had peed all over it. We didn’t have a pet with us. We just stopped to get 4 hours of sleep so didn’t have time to ask for another room. The room also did not have soap in it.
