Cold in the lobby, but warm staff.
The main lobby was very cold to the point of discomfort on this past Sat and Sun. It was very cold, 38 degrees each morning. Made breakfast uncomfortable in an otherwise very friendly staff and excellent condition of my room.

Many voucher people loitering. No check in
People loitering around the motel. No staff to be found. I was there before 10pm. Used the phone they had to contact and no one answered. Never checked in and no refund.

A very clean hotel with excellent service! 100 percent enjoyed my stay. The food in the Irish pub inside the hotel was amazing as well! I would recommend and will stay here again if I'm in Orlando.

Room was dirty and not enough of towels . No wash rags ,face towel either . It was just very disappointed to me and my family . I had to vacuum my floor at check in . And the maid can’t speak English and yu need some who works that can speak English. They need to better cleaning the room and vacuum rooms hallway and rooms . Make sure dinning room area is vacuum bc it wasn’t and this look bad in that room as well.

Very nice facility and front desk was welcoming. The only issue is that the cleaning staff knocked on our door at 9am asking if we were leaving. I think this is inconsiderate of guests who may be sleeping and checkout is at noon so why the morning disturbance?
