Bathroom wall paint was chiped in a few places, empty hardware on the same wall should have been removed or new hardware hung,no lotion in the bathroom, carpet needs to be replaced and front desk clerk struggled. Overall the hotel was in poor condition. I would not recommend it.

Multiple doors not working to get in, the door to our room would not open. We had to lift the door to open it. When we left the door would not close because the lock was broken. Hotel is very dated. The hotel charged me for my stay even though I had already paid. Overall not a pleasant stay.

All of the employees we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The pool was closed which was disappointing and I do wish that someone would have communicated that to us earlier. Regardless, the room was clean and comfortable.

Check in
Front desk checked us in and gave us our room number and keys. Opened the door to the room and it wasn't cleaned. Still dirty from the previous guests. Back to the front desk and got another room. Quick and helpful hotel staff with the issue. Front desk said the were proving a credit to our room for their mistake. Still haven't seen this credit.

The pool was not available, the main reason I went was to swim, but it didn’t happen. The room was extremely cold, there were no way to control the AC . I will not go there again.

I was disappointed, 100 degree weather and pool was closed , no fan exhaust fan in bathroom causing mold on ceiling toilet didn’t flush well . When you pay over $200 for a room you should get a better room than hotel 8

On the outside and the lobby looks very good. I had a problem with the condition of the bathrooms. Tiles in the shower looked mismatched and almost like they were going to fall over
