We had 8 rooms and some crew members finished the job early then checked out, early. We called Expedia and we called the hotel directly but Rachel, the office manager, decided to keep our crews money and not refund for unused rooms.

I am extremely disappointed with the cleaning services and then the customer service by receptionist and management. I didn't get any cleaning service during my stay of 4 days. Then I was told by receptionist that she reported to her manager and cleaning manager and I should expect a call from one of them. Nobody called. I followed up 3 times and every time same answer, you will get a call tomorrow. totally unprofessional!

I stayed there checked in my room was dirty had to get another room got another room when I went to use the bathroom the light didn't work but that time there was no mating so I went a whole night and next day with no bathroom light
