Did not like waking up to somebody banging on my door early in the morning wanting to get in the room to upgrade the TV. Also don’t like the fact that they don’t tell customers who stay there for weeks at a time that they are sold out or close to selling out ,asking if youd like to extend your stay. I extended my stay every Friday when I got my paycheck, they would put a sign at the front desk saying they were sold out for Saturday.This inconvenience cost me a couple thousand dollars which I’m not happy about as I was on a strict budget trying to get an apartment & not trying to stay in hotels longer than I have to. thankfully I am now in a financial position where I don’t have to worry about the stuff anymore nor worry about getting eaten alive by bedbugs

The room itself was great, but they put us in room 123 right next to the lobby because the elevator was broken. All night long, until well after midnight, we heard the “crash” every time someone used the ice machine, people were talking loudly all night long, and the baggage carts were also right outside our door, so the noise of those going over the floor was amplified. We had a terrible night’s sleep, and then woke up to learn there was no breakfast offered of any kind. Not sure what the “plus” is in the name Red Roof Plus. We will not stay here again. They put a sticker on our door calling this room “a premium room”. If this was the premium offering I would not want to stay in a standard room.

King size bed was great the queen size beds were terrible supposed to be non-smoking I found some drug paraphernalia in a couple places which tells me it wasn’t cleaned thoroughly Straight here more than 10×1 of the rooms had fleas which was passed on to my dog
