We arrive and the room we were given did not have the tub. Fine whatever it’s a bummer but I’ll live. We decided to go ahead and hit the slots and have some fun. After playing a while we hit up the diner (that was a whole mess) and decide it’s time to go kick our feet up. We get to the room and I wanted to turn around and go home. The bathroom was dirty and there was hair all in the shower. I’m still nursing so I needed to pump and store milk. The refrigerator in the room wasn’t cold and never got cold. The door had a nice chunk out of it. The bed did not have a fitted sheet on it. There was a mattress protector and a comforter and a top sheet. No fitted sheet. Gross! The shower head was so low I could barely fit under it and I’m 5 ft 1. I understand we didn’t book the top dollar room but $152 plus tax and $12 resort fee should have gotten us more than an ill equipped room without sheets and a working fridge. At the very least a CLEAN room would have been appreciated. This was my first experience at the paragon and after this I’m quite sure it will be my last. I have now contacted the hotel 3 times and have yet to get an email or phone call returned.

Not real impressed. I am here as a vendor for an event here at the casino. My room is far away from dining and the mari room where the event is being held. We are Back around kidquest. I am 60. You would think they would put young families with children back here, not 60 year old retired couple. The girl at the front desk was vague with our information and we could not find our room. Finally found someone who worked here to help us. Couldn't read what she wrote on card concerning where the room would be. Floor in shower felt dirty and there was a big hair stuck to the wall that was not mine. The Market Place buffet was nice. Reminds you of cafeteria food.

The property was very well kept and the room was nice. The only thing i wish would be addressed is the constant smell of stale cigarettes in the atrium. I think it is wafting from the smoking area of the casino.

The jacuzzi needs the jets cleaned and the shower floor cleaned. There was a noise coming from outside A/C unit that was not pleasant to listen to all night. The indoor swimming pool was beautiful, but the steps were hard to see and i scraped both my knees getting out. This was also the first casino i have been to that said could not have any drinks past 2 am. I think my favorite thing i enjoyed was watching the alligators in the lobby.

The bed was incredibly comfortable. We appreciated the bottled water. My husband enjoyed the tub. The valet attendants were awesome as was the front desk check in. But… cheap soap that we had to ask for, cheap shampoo, no conditioner or lotion, even the regular hotels provide these. The refrigerator did not work and leaked water onto the carpet. There was trash behind one of the nightstands and water pressure was less than desirable. Also some employees were less than polite. For the price we paid we expected better service and quality.
