No where to park.
My check in was flawless. The desk clerk was very accomodating. Since I was driving a pick up with a car trailer, there was no place to park. The desk clerk gave me permission to park along the access road behind the hotel. Around 9:30 PM I was woke up by hotel security demanding that I move my vehicle. I told him I had permission but he didn't accept that. I got a second phone call from the desk clerk that she couldn't find the notation the day shift clerk left on my file. By now I'm concerned with what the security guy said. So I packed and checked out. There was no where else to park so the safest thing to do was leave. I was deprived of my night's rest and my breakfast. I'm extremely disappointed.

The staff were wonderful but at the end of the day it’s somewhere for you to sleep when you’re not home because you’re visiting somewhere and the beds were like trying to sleep on concrete!

The woman that worked the counter at checkin and checkout was extremely friendly. We were in town for the NKOTB concert and she informed us that the hotel provides and drop-off shuttle, but that they don’t pick-up. Understandable. That saved me from driving there and I paid $8 for an Uber back to the hotel. Clean room, great staff and the A/C worked INCREDIBLY, considering it was 113 degrees outside. Will definitely stay again. Thank you.
