"For an area that doesn’t have much around, this hotel is closest to the train station where some family restaurants/cafes and supermarkets are. We also want to say the staff are super friendly and helpful especially the young man at check in counter. The onsen is also being managed well but some foreigners didn’t wash their bodies before getting into the onsen. I hope the staff will remind them about that at check in. "

"Great hotel that's right across the street from Dotonbori. As far as the room goes, my room was nice and spacious for a single bed. It was clean, the room amenities was adequate, and the bathroom was quite spacious. Good price considering how close it is to Dotonbori. I would stay here again if I ever go back to stay in Osaka. "

"This was a nice hotel. Appeared quite new. Clean, good facilities, vending machine and washing machines etc. The area is quite different to a lot of Ōsaka and has a lot of anime and manga stores which are fun to look at. Service was always kind and efficient. About an 8 min walk from Namba station which was nice. And can walk to Dotonbori but maybe 15 min. This meant we weren't in the thick of it but also that it was quieter at night which we appreciated. And Namba station connected well to lots of spots without having to change trains. A few good food options nearby too, including the custard fish and a great katsu curry place. "
