I’m disable with food drop using a cane and booked a disable room. When I went to use The toilet and reached for paper, the toilet lifted from its base as it was complete loose from “unattached”. I almost felt down but was able to hold on from the sink. Being 1am, waited until the morning to reach the front desk. When I told them: The reply I got was “use the toilet in the lobby”. There is no maintenance here bcs it is Saturday. I guess since I stayed there only one night it was not important enough to them. Extremely disappointed at the staff attitude especially bcs this was an urgent safety issue!!!
