We stayed overnight while traveling. The place was very clean and quiet. The staff was very nice and professional. The room was clean, had a full refrigerator, and kitchenette. I would have stayed here multiple nights if I had realized how nice this place was beforehand. Very satisfied.

The room we were given smelled like mold and mildew. The bathroom was filthy. The staff were rude, and when we asked if they could change our sheets on the 3rd day of a 5 night stay, they told us NO. I will never stay at a Candlewood property again.

Overall not bad as far as the room itself goes. It was as clean as you would expect and the staff was very nice. However this hotel is very loud. You can hear the people above stomping around and echos through the hallways and even outside. I’ve stayed in many hotels and never had an experience like that as far as noise goes. I happened to stay on a pretty packed weekend it seems, so take that with a grain of salt. I am not the type of person to complain or even leave reviews, but just wanted to let anyone know who might want to stay here that I’d recommend requesting the top floor. The staff is great and the room was clean and nice for the price point, so no complaints there!

When we checked into the first room the toilet didn’t flush. They did offer to have it fixed or a new room. We took the new room. It was not very clean. Toilet seat was wobbly, dark outdated decor and colors, toothpaste smudge (not our toothpaste) on the bathroom door. Hairs in the shower/tub again not ours. The area didn’t seem very safe and we were awoken one morning by another guest yelling and laughing in the hallway. To be very honest we checked out a day earlier than expected and were VERY happy to leave. Staff was nice however didn’t seem very motivated as they were watching tv and barely noticed people coming and going. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
