DON'T. STAY. HERE. The power went out during the night, (no storms, and no real explanation from staff), and this hotel HAS NO BACKUP GENERATOR!!! We were on the 3rd floor and the hallways were completely dark! No one came around to explain things, and we couldn't call the front desk, but luckily we had flashlights to find our way to the lobby. I can't imagine if someone needed power for a medical device or were on an upper floor and couldn't do the stairs! We asked if we would get a discount on the room rate, to which we were told, "probably not". Seriously? No coffee, no shower, nothing, and still paid full price. Advice: Stay at another place if you ever go to Mesquite! What a joke!

Cleaning came at 8am. She tried to come in even with the do not disturb sign on the the door. Then came back an hour later. Banging on the latch trying to open the door. Check out is 11am and we are never late. Really rude. Nor how we wanted to start our day

The hotel was great & we loved that the hotel was separate from the casino. And it was very clean, very well appointed. The only issue was that the mattress weren't very comfortable, but everything wise was great.

Receptionist did not do any eye contact upon check in. Outdated amenities like bathroom and even the drapes. Lampshades switch is loose. Have to leave the hotel to get to restaurants and casino.

We had a decent stay here, however the room we were in was next to the gym and you can hear everything. We were woken up at 5 in the morning by someone lifting wieghts and dropping the dumbells and then you could hear them running on the treadmill as well. So I wouldnt recomment staying in a room next to the gym. And the toilets were so low to the ground, practially childrens height along with no fan in the bathroom so when you showered it felt like a sauna in there and you get sweaty right after getting out of the shower. Otherwise its a nice hotel, you feel safe, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
