Honest Review
When we arrived the staff was very friendly. Went to our room and it looked like someone had taken a shower in the bathroom. We were provided a new room which had a weird odor. The next day room service came and just took the used towels and replaced them with less than we originally had even after asking for more towels and the bed was thrown together meaning it looked like a toddler made the bed. I was overall very disappointed as the pictures and the description was an complete opposite of what I thought we booked for. I most likely won't be staying here again.

Most hotels don’t charge for lobby coffee and a deposit of$5.00 on top of the transportation fee of $15.00 for transportation to a cruise port especially when the transportation was 30 minutes late. We ended up taking a cab to ensure that we would not miss the boat. In addition an additional $50 security deposit was not mentioned until arrival/ check in. Water bottle cost was extremely too high given the fact that there are not other patrons in the location. This is price gouging. FYI still waiting for my $50.00 deposit return to me. So NO I will never return or recommend this hotel/motel to anyone.

Room showed a lot of wear and lacked cleanliness. It seems we got a bad room as we walked by a couple of others eith the door opened while getting cleaned, they appeared to be much better than our room. That said the public areas of the property were tired and in need of a remodel.

Front desk are not friendly! I was still on the phone asking for the shuttle bus, female front desk just hang up the phone! Not welcoming unlike other hotels! Not friendly, we don’t feel being welcome, considering our 3 luggage went missing!!! Front desk should be more compassionate with hotel guest and I didn’t feel that at all!!! They don’t care, all they care was to check us in and that’s it!

The room was very comfortable and roomy. Beds were great - slept very well! However, the water pressure in the shower was awful - extremely low! Felt safe the entire time. The Keurig in our room did not work. However, the staff promptly replaced it with a new one.
