DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!My husband & daughter only stayed 1 night of a 3 night booking, they slept in their clothes to avoid opening suitcases and to get out quick if they needed to, they felt very unsafe. They flew in for Taylor Swift concert, was late and I could not get them another hotel that night. When they went to leave the next morning, their rental car had all the gas siphoned out. Managment would not refund, the worst hotel ever.....ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Reservation made for facility, upon arrival staff stated was overbooked, my thought was why did you book the stay then. Did get a room but why say you are over booked. Room had missing lamps and equipment… shower faucet and head about to fall off had to jiggle the faucet to get it to work

We came back to our room one day, our room was flooded by some issue of the hotels. The staff never even came to check on us and they put me, my child and my husband in a room with 1 bed where my husband had to sleep on the sofa. This was a vacation we looked forward to but ended up praying to get home just because of the terrible hotel experience, alot of our items which we purchased on the trip we damaged and we were not compensated in anyway at all.
