Since there were very few guests, I was able to park closer to the door. The desk clerk was unfriendly, the elevators were filthy and worked poorly. The room was dirty, walls around the door handles were filthy, Walls needed repair, and a coat of paint in may places. The room carpet was worn out and dangerously ragged. There was no hot water in the shower and no anti slip foot strips on the shower floor, AND, THE BOTTOM BEDSHEET WAS FILTHY, only the top sheet had been washed. This hotel is unworthy of a single star. Please advise on what you plan to do. I have pictures to support my comments. The dollar amount on my checkout does not match my check-in receipt. Do not stay here. I got bed bug bites. The place is dirty and smelly. The bathroom door in our room could not even close. The pics of the rooms are not reality. Dirty walls, there were stains on sheets, hole in the one blanket in our room. Dirty carpet. Did not even have hangars for clothes. There is nothing nearby walkable except the gas station convenience store.

Definitely a budget hotel, would not stay there ag
I only ever saw one clerk at the check in/out desk, and there always seemed to be a line of frustrated guests waiting. The clerk was friendly but wasn’t able to find my reservation for some time/didn’t believe it had been made at that location, despite her looking at my confirmation email several times. The elevators were in a terrible state and I felt a little u safe riding in them. The room smelled dank, had no trashcan, and all of the walls and furniture were damaged. There was a sticker for what looked like an escort service plainly visible on the back of the bathroom door. The sheets and towels seemed clean and the a/c unit worked. Despite the $99/night fee for a single queen I would not stay there again.

The place was incredibly dirty the rooms didn’t seem clean on the chair, counters and especially in the bathroom where we found roaches crawling around everywhere. We never got towels the first night despite asking a couple times and when we did receive the final day from the front desk it was stained with feces and mold which is extremely unhygienic and unsafe when apparently it was a ‘clean’ towel shows how else they’ll take care of the environment around them.

The place is in bad condition. All the building has a smell. The elevator takes a life time to work. Not recommended, expensive. I tried to cancel and they wouldn't give me a refund. All the guests while I was there, were complaining.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this place was so appalling I felt compelled to warn others. From the moment I walked in, I was overwhelmed by a horrible stench that filled the entire space. The smell of mold was unmistakable and instantly made me anxious about my health and safety. The mold was visible in several areas, and it was clear this place had serious maintenance issues. There were no blankets or towels provided. The lack of basic necessities made the stay even worse. The entire place felt dirty and neglected, and I couldn’t shake the feeling of being in an unhygienic, unsafe environment. The anxiety I experienced during my stay was overwhelming. I barely slept, constantly on edge because of the condition of the place. It was hands-down the most disgusting, uncomfortable, and poorly maintained accommodation I have ever encountered. Avoid this place at all costs. Staying here was a nightmare, and I wouldn’t wish the experience on anyone. It’s not just unpleasant; it’s unlivable.

When I first got there the guy that works at the front looked like he didn’t even want to be there. So I ignored and understood maybe he was having a bad day. Got to the room no light worked. The hot tub didn’t work. We have zero towels in the room, while taking a shower the bath was clogged and water was running to my ankles. And the room was not cleaned. And at check out have to wait because the girl was in her phone not paying attention that I was standing in front of her. Never again.

The check in was unpleasant. The staff are unprofessional. The rooms are dirty with mice poop all around the room and windows. The bathroom faucet was leaking. The room smell bad. The window was broken, a wood cover was installed instead. There was no towel, neither a trash can, iron, etc. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Better to sleep on street.

I'd like to file a complaint about our recent stay at this hotel. Upon entering the room, we immediately noticed a strong moldy odor. We were shown two other rooms, but they had the same unpleasant smell. The third room had a slightly less noticeable odor, but it was still present. Additionally, we were unexpectedly charged an extra $22 during check-in, which was explained as a service fee. There was no prior information about this charge. When we inquired, we were told it was for towels and service, but there were no towels provided, and the staff left with the keys, leaving us with no options. This experience felt like a scam. The hotel was extremely disappointing, and I believe its presence on hotel.com negatively impacts the platform's reputation.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Some of the pictures look nice but it is a trap. The outside and inside of this place look like somewhere you would get kidnapped. Staff has no idea what they’re doing and can barely understand english. Half of the amenities are out of service, elevators are scary to even go in, stairs smell like a meth lab, everything is extremely dirty, Floor and doors are coming off, anything and everything in the room is dirty and moldy. SAVE YOUR MONEY
