Hotel is under construction. The rokm was clean and overall ok. But at a minimum they could have the televison in the room set up and working. Also no refrigerator.

Bed was dirty with urine odor and blood stain on all bed sheets. No frig in room. Shampoo and conditioner bottle empty. Will not stay there in future or recommend to anyone. Customer service could improve. Cold coffee. No breakfast. Location is good with plenty of parking.

Kind of in the middle of nowhere as far as dining options go but a clean hotel and the staff was very nice. I'll definitely be staying here again when I come to Miami. It is convenient to the airport and there is an IHOP in the parking lot. Rooms had the wood floors on them so no worries about dingy carpet and the bathrooms were clean. Overall a really nice stay that evening.

Good location, great price, convenient “free” garage, close by restaurants, professional staff; the only thing it needs it’s a bit of love, the room was pretty clean, but the doors and doors frame paint it’s coming of really bad… plus’s the doors don’t close smooth because need adjustments, so every in the hallway I guess had the same issue, so at all times they were door slamming because you have to push them really hard or it won’t close.

The place is very clean and super quiet. I really like the simplicity of the furniture and decorations. The staff was nice and friendly. Only issue was they started doing elevator work during our stay and we had to take stairs. Lucky for us, we didn’t have luggage and just traveled with back packs. Other than that I would stay here again.
