Hotel is under construction. The rokm was clean and overall ok. But at a minimum they could have the televison in the room set up and working. Also no refrigerator.

Hotel and staff ate very nice. Early check in cost was a bit high but that's expected being in Miami. However the restaurant choices in the surrounding area are very minimal

Bed was dirty with urine odor and blood stain on all bed sheets. No frig in room. Shampoo and conditioner bottle empty. Will not stay there in future or recommend to anyone. Customer service could improve. Cold coffee. No breakfast. Location is good with plenty of parking.

Kind of in the middle of nowhere as far as dining options go but a clean hotel and the staff was very nice. I'll definitely be staying here again when I come to Miami. It is convenient to the airport and there is an IHOP in the parking lot. Rooms had the wood floors on them so no worries about dingy carpet and the bathrooms were clean. Overall a really nice stay that evening.

no coordination amongst staff and management. before i checked i asked the person at the front desk about late checkout, and they told me theyd give me complimentary late checkout no problem. the next day there was a different person at the front desk and they told me they dont offer late checkout and threated to call me the police if i dont leave me room early.
