We were disappointed that the bar wasn't open on the weekends, there was no spa although there was a sign that said spa, they couldn't take cash for items in the snack bar and the bed squeaked everytime we moved. The pool looked nice but unfortunately it rained the whole time we were there (not their fault!) The staff was very nice and the cooked to order breakfast was good.

Great location in Midland, near a huge HEB. Friendliest front desk staff, especially Ashley, who was super kind and full of good local recommendations. Would stay here again.

Great bed and very clean room. I just couldn't cool down fast enough in the room. Even on high the ac just didn't blow fast enough for my liking. Other than that great place to rest.

The handle on the toilet was broken, took the lid off the tank and flushed by pulling the chain. Safety bar in the shower coming out of the wall. Carpet had sticky spots, gum or tar maybe. Ice machine on second floor was broken the entire time of our stay. Cook to order breakfast was very good and very affordable. The staff was absolutely great, friendly, helpful, and very attentive. I was a bit surprised that the bar was closed on what I would think would be the best and busiest time. Closed, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, I booked our stay based on the fact that there was a bar available. Overall it was a pleasant experience, just a little disappointed with a few things based on my expectations for a Hilton.

Nice, quiet place
The room was nice. Pillows could be better, but the ned was comfortable. The pool was nice and had a patio area in the shade. Staff were friendly when they were around. My only complaint is that one of the nights the elevator went out and the stairs are not clearly labelled. No one was at the front desk to ask, so I had to call the hotel # to get information on where the stairs were.
