"The staff was so friendly. We were there for my son to run in the St. Jude’s Marathon. The staff wished him well and asked him how he did after it was over. They congratulated him for a job well done. "

"Ok for one night, but there were issues. The carpet was worn and actually had holes, the remote needed batteries, the shampoo & conditioner bottles in the shower were empty, the sink did not drain, and the blow dryer did not work. Also, the exit side of the security gate would not open for our truck because, we were told, the truck was too high for the sensor. This made for very inconvenient exits.. The breakfast was good and the room, dining area and lobby were very clean. I would categorize this as hotel as adequate, but would chose another hotel over this one if I ever spend another night in Memphis."
