Room was really good (king suite). Very quiet, spacious, with a couch and chairs to sit on. Pool and hot tub were out of order. Fitness room was locked and keys didn't ever work. Breakfast was average but area was messy. Staff were not impressive. Overall, not terrible, but wouldn't likely return.

We arrived before check-in time and were able to pay a low fee to check in early. The staff and manager seemed a little scruffy, but they were eager to help us and to ensure we had a good stay – which is what matters! Our ground floor room was quiet and safe. Everything we used functioned properly, with no weird tics. I wanted to try the breakfast, but ended up not getting to (due to family circumstances). Ah well. I would stay here again, so maybe next time.

Check in was quick, except for the 5 min conversation on how fast the check in was if you complete all the pre registration. Housekeeping never touched our room for a 4 day stay.

Morning management belittled her overnight staff horribly in front of guests. I turned our keys in and said thank you and she didnt even acknowledge me the breakfast attendant was sitting next to her and she smiled and said thank you. I will not stay there again because of her behavior!!

Great accesible rooms
You get what you pay for. Its not a 5 star. Okay now that ive said that. T he room was very clean. Beds were soft and pillows were also soft. The night clerk was fantastic. The breakfast was very nice The carpet was clean. I actualityfelt comfortable walking on them in my sock feet. We were in an accesabel room. It isbvery well designed. If in a wheel chair you would have no trouble getting around in the bathroom. The tub is deep and i was not able to get down in it but the tub. The shower chair was helpfull for a shower. All in all. It was a great experience.
