Very disappointed in overall property. 1st breakfast was $15 dollars way over priced for powered eggs/ bacon? We had a suite and asked that the sofa bed be made up but they said they couldn't the maids were gone. We still had to get a maintenance man to pull it out for us. bathroom ceiling was peeling. room service was only every other day? Could not get the Miami tennis channel in our rooms so the only tv was in the bar.We were then told we couldn't have our own wine or snacks? Very Disappointed!

Our experience was not great. Paying $200 a night and spending a whole weekend we had no service, wifi not working, pool closed and we found a roach in the room.

Not worth the stay
Arturo was great, made the check in easy and was very professional. The pillows were deflated, flat & uncomfortable, I called down in the morning for extra pillows, they claimed there was a shortage of pillows. I explained how I did not get any sleep and needed better or additional pillows. When I got back in that evening, no response has been made. I called Arturo and he contacted the proper department and had them bring me pillows. The air conditioner was a whole other issue, horrible & noisy. Not worth the stay for the price.
