The rooms are comfortable and clean. Lakeside views are wonderful, and they have their own balconies/patios. Winter rates are great for a room with a fireplace and a jetted in-room tub.

The Weathervane Inn was great! We had a beautiful view of the water from our deck, a relaxing time in the jacuzzi tub in the evening and woke to a magnificent sunrise in the morning. We would definitely stay here again!

I’m a 35+ year traveler. The Weathervane Inn is an exceptional place to stay. Always great service. Always clean, well-appointed rooms with extras not expected—like deck views, hot tubs, fireplaces in their rooms. The setting is very pleasant, quiet and close to most anything a traveler needs. It’s on a lake…it has an extraordinary grocery store across the street…the town, a village, really, is next door. The Weathervane is a “come-back-to” place, time and again. If I can get a room, I won’t stay anywhere else!

My family had such a great time. We loved staying at the weather vane! Lots of walking paths. Loveed being able to get hot tea in the lobby when ever I wanted and my kids enjoyed the hot chocolate and evening cookies!

Very nice room and staff. The property overlooks and adgacent to a private boat club. There is a very nice walking trail as far as you want to walk on a beatiful trail starting at the parking lot which is bike usable. Wish the staff had mentioned it to begin with. The beds are comfortable and the town is nice

This is a gem of a hotel located right on the water. We were welcomed with hot cookies. Our rooms were upstairs with a balcony and a nice view of the water. The rooms were clean and we enjoyed the hot tub/jacuzzi located inside the privacy of the room. It was so relaxing after a long drive. The bed was a comfortable king size. WiFi free along with cable TV. There were nearby restaurants just a minute drive away that was recommended and we enjoyed.

Do not expect to check in before 3 pm, even if you request it. Staff friendliness was mixed.The room was nice except our jacuzzi tub was broken. They did credit us $25 for the broken jacuzzi. It was a little noisy. There were bright lights shining in our window from the front of the hotel and the continental breakfast was just ok. I liked the view. TV options were limited. The hotel seemed clean.Price was decent and the bed was comfortable.
