Terribly poor information on how to check in. This info should have been on the door of each unit and the way to the check-in desk marked with arrows and well lighted. Such was not the case. with a little bit of effort they could have made check-in easy rather than, as it was, terribly diffdicult.

One staff member was particularly rude and disrespectful. While other staff members witnessed this and seemed not to care. We were given one room by mistake and after moving everything in, they called and asked us to move to another room. Both rooms were filthy dirty, cobwebs, broken blinds and dust. The rudeness was unforgivable.

Pros: clean and comfortable bed, strong and working shower. Cons: room hadn't been vacuumed, the sink and tub appeared not to have been cleaned, dust was everywhere. There were no cups, no soap. The blinds were broken, the carpet had a tear in it, there was a big crack above the outdoor door, dead bugs in corners, used water bottle under bed. Internet had one bar and kept kicking us off. Weak phone signal. For the cost, this was a bad deal. They may do horse trips, etc well, we didn't use any of those services.

We arrived when a wildfire started. We are not local and were very uncomfortable with the situation when a raging wild fire was 30 miles away according to the staff. The registration people were unhelpful and lacked basic concern for the welfare of the customers and were dismissive of our worries. Not people to rely on.

Awesome view of Buffalo creek and the Tetons. Our room was spacious. A friendly cat came to visit us. We saw a red fox. The rooms have no AC. Other visitors complained about the heat also.

Home on the Ranch
We stayed in one of the little cabins on Heart 6 Ranch. The inside is very cute and well decorated. It was spacious with two queens and a small sofa. There isn't much around the property except for what is owned by the hotel. There was one restaurant, which was crazy expensive and only had one person working, who looked like they were very overwhelmed. It was close to the parks, so great location if you're staying there. Lots of horses on the property and seems like they have a lot of activities that you can do.

The gentlemen at check in was so helpful and nice. My husband had been fishing in Jackson for 4 days and hadn't caught a fish... he was nice enough to give us a lead and lo and behold my husband caught 2! He was so happy! Made our trip to Wyoming so much better :-) Thank you! I enjoyed the Ranch morning push as well, Made my trip! The entire reason why I chose Heart 6 for one of my nights the 7 we were there.

Guest Ranch with an amazing View
The guest ranch advertises AC but there is no AC. If the Ranch would close the windows in the morning and pull the blinds down the rooms would stay much cooler and you can get away without the AC. The bed was comfortable.

This was such an amazing property with beautiful horses, rustic decor and a spectacular view! I will say, box fans would be a great investment for the rooms without window screens for the occasional heat wave that comes through😉

We had to leave this ranch early for medical reasons which were exasperated by the unusual high temperatures and no air conditioning. It looked like a fun place in a beautiful setting. The staff was very kind.

This is a unique property for those that want to get away from the normal motel in the city. Very nice if you want to do a trail ride with the Heart 6. Quaint accommodations but manageable. Much cheaper than Jackson.

When we arrived, we had difficulty finding our room. It was up a very steep set of stairs. The room was clean but incredibly hot. After walking to the lobby, someone told us that they would send a fan. After walking down again, the same person acted surprised and pretended to text someone. Needless to say, they had no intention of getting us a fan. It was a very uncomfortable night. In the morning, my daughter had a serious medical emergency. I ran down to the lobby to inquire about medical facilites in the area. The man who was at the desk did not stop eating his breakfast and refused to look at me. When I explained that my daughter had a seizure and we may not be able to check out in time, he said that we should just let her finish having the seizure. Then he told me that housekeeping could just put our things outside until we came back. There was no compassion whatsoever. When I checked out five minutes later (after throwing everything in any bag we could find), he did not even look at me. It has taken me about a month to process this ordeal. This treatment still enrages me. The staff at this ranch that we dealt with was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. I have never left a review like this. Then again, I have never experienced such rude workers. Reconsider staying at this ranch.
