It's a nice hotel with a lot of upgrades. Staff varies from thoughtless to helpful. At check in, the associate read my room number out loud, which is not a great practice. But they were very nice to switch my room when I complained. Bar staff was odd. Good drink but it took about 20 mins. Bar not very busy. Valet could not be nicer or more accomodating. Sort of an uneven experience.

Wanted a place close to the event we went to. Location was perfect. Hotel called us to let us know where to park as roads were closed for event. Very helpful.

I've known about ths hotel for many years but this isthe first stay there. Very good; nicely renovated. Classy common area.

It's been very good. That satellite TV keeps going in or out, but the wifi works. The staff is kind and attentive. I'll probably stay here again.
