"Love staying at the Ramada when visiting family in Belleville. Our only complaint was the water was not turned on for the water slide making it very difficult to use, My grandkids were very disappointed and when they inquired were told it is only turned on 2 days a week and only the manager can turn it on. It was a weekend and the manager was not on site. They still enjoyed the pool but I’m disappointed they didn’t enjoy the full experience. Certainly someone else at the property could be delegated the authority to manage such a situation?"

"my fiance and i stayed here for 3 nights on the 3rd floor and it was a wonderful experience! upon reading the reviews before booking i was very sceptical on staying here but i always like to see places for myself before judging and this hotel was between our budget. i was very impressed i can say that for sure! check in was super easy and quick, our room was clean. 3rd floor seemed very clean and put together as well. front desk always answered the phone when we had some questions. wifi was available and worked great. and we also had a chance to visit the pool and it was awesome. housekeeping was always around during the day when we needed more soap, towels, etc… the pub on the main floor attached to the hotel was delicious. i highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the area. "
