Was treated rudely upon check in by the front desk staff. I have stayed here before without problems, but I had an issue with my credit card and was told I could not check in. I was offered no solutions or accommodation, which is a bit annoying when I’m paying over $200 to stay somewhere.

Super friendly staff. We often stay at properties like this, but Belleville has the most polite staff. The property was clean and bright. Really nice selection at breakfast. Was not over crowded

Hotel was great. We’ve stayed there a couple times. Something broke in our room (accident, no one’s fault) and the staff were quickly to address it and fix the issue. The pool is great for kids, gym is clean, and free breakfast was nice. Will continue to stay here when in town next time.
