We've stayed at this Best Western 4 or 5 times over the past few years. It has a nice "vibe", is very clean and the staff is friendly. In particular we'd like to salute the Breakfast Lady who does such a great job hosting the continental breakfast which is a cut above the rest. We hope to be back next summer.

The only thing we disliked about our room was the pillows. They had no shape. It was like sleeping with a pillow case that was half filled with chopped up pieces of foam. Those pillows are pretty bad. Other than that our stay was okay.

The hotel was nice. It’s nextdoor to a Fresh Market and a Publix. Pawleys beach is maybe 2 lights down so about 4 minutes. There were local ice cream shops around the area. I especially loved the makeup wipes remover in my bathroom. I only had 2 body towels but enough hand towels. Breakfast was great. Other than that I had a good time.

2 different young, male staff had a poor, unhelpful attitude. when we asked for towels at front desk told us to go Find housekeeping, not my responsibility. All female employees were very nice and helpful. Breakfast good. Nice pool. Comfy bed.
