Older property that needs updated bathrooms mostly. Thye shower was old and therefore hard to clean - we did not use it as we were headed home anyway. The door caught on the carpet, so if it was left to close on its own, it did not. It had to be pushed closed, which is a safety concern. The bed was comfortable.

Motel clean, staff courteous. Room DID NOT have a comfortable chair to sit in, the two chairs in room were table chairs, not something you would want to sit down in for any length of time

Overall my stay was great however cable service was down and we couldn’t enjoy the tv. We wasn’t informed during check in, if didn’t say anything we still wouldn’t have know. My husband had a cow over it.

The first room that we requested with a king bed was dirty with construction debris, chunks of sheet rock! The second room with two queen beds wasn't much better. The carpets were dirty with large spots. The caulking in the bathroom was unsightly and not professionally done! The light switches were dirty, the furniture and wood was marked and scraped and appeared dirty. The beds were three feet off the ground which made it hard to get in and out of for a 5'1", senior citizen. The lighting in this dark gray room was terrible with only two small lamps. The free breakfast, which we usually find adequate with fresh eggs, fruit and yogurt, etc.,was limited and not the greatest. However, the staff were very pleasant, courteous and accommodating. This was not a 8.2 star hotel!

Excellent desk and dining staff. Breakfast was great (Thanks, Miss Cynthia!) The gift bag with Thank you note was a pleasant surprise. The hotel was pleasant and convenient to our event. Parking was plentiful. Room rate was reasonable.Would recommend.

Special kudos to the woman who takes care of the breakfast room (on W and F 11/14 and 11/16). She does a wonderful job and goes out of her way to welcome guests!

The best thing about this property was the friendliness of the employees. Everyone that we encountered at the front desk was incredibly friendly, if it weren’t for them, this review wouldn’t be balanced. The room was questionable and we contemplated leaving. The sheets, all the way down to the mattress pads had rips and stains. It was obvious that everything had been washed, but the point of white bedding is to toss it once it no longer looks nice and fresh. No one wants to go to a public location and see rips and stains on items for public use. There was lotion that looked like it had been squirted on the window curtain. The bathroom was out of body wash in the dispenser. The bedroom carpet also needs a good deep clean.
