Check in gentleman was so nice. But THEN, you had to be bullied by the sales team trying to get you to attend a meeting to sell you a time chair. We said "No, we are not interested" no less than 10 times!! FINALLY told them to please leave us alone and give us our keys. It is for this reason we will NEVER return to this property. They should be ashamed of themselves!!!

The only thing I didnt like was the music was so loud in gym/pool areas. The one day I was the only one in the gym and asked for it to be turned off since the volume could not be adjusted. Otherwise this was a beautiful resort and I'd 10/10 stay here again!

Room was good for the price. It was disappointing that they didn't have soap or shampoo in the bathroom. I declined sitting through the sales pitch because we were only there for the weekend. They still called again asking we sit through their experience. It would be a nice week vacation spot with a nice indoor and outdoor pool and play area.

Friendly and helpful staff. Late check-in was easy and seamless. We had a maintenance issue upon arrival and requested service when checking in and the assistant office manager put in our request and maintenance showed up and fixed the issue quickly. Would stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

This is a very nice resort. Loved that we had a dishwasher, fridge and microwave in our room. Our room was very clean. There's some construction, but it did not bother us. This resort is very spready out with multiple buildings, so the amenities are very spread out. The indoor pool was huge, but it and the arcade were .75 miles from our room. When we checked in, the front office tried to push us into a timeshare presentation. They made it sound like that's the only reason we got the rate we did, and they knew we booked through Expedia. I hated this, and this is the reason I will never return to this resort. I didn't barter my time for a good rate, and I would never engage in a timeshare presentation. Also, the interior roads for the resort are very confusing. It's surrounded by several subdivisions (evidently built on their former golf course), and the roads were like a maze. There were also teenagers zipping around on golfcarts who could access the resort. Considering we visited in their slow season, I can only imagine what it's like in the summer.

Didny get the room i reserved but the room was still nice. There were people living in the community, which wasnt horrible, but the people living above us had a toddler lol. Not a lot of relax between 7am and 9pm.
