Property was quiet except for one night. People slamming doors all night.Staff was very friendly. Beds were comfortable. We had to ask for towels and housekeeping only came the first day we were there. Did not see them on our floor the rest of the week. Could not seat on the balcony because someone was smoking pot and it smelled horrible every time we tried sitting out there they would start smoking. It was awful. The room we had was old and dated. It needs lots of upgrades.

Overall the hotel was great. I loved the space, the amounts of beds, the washer and dryer. The staff never cleaned our room the whole trip. They did ask if we needed new towels each day. The garbage disposal didn’t work and we had to call twice about that. The room was mostly clean except the dirty throw rugs.

Room reeked like someone used a fish fryer in there! After calling the front desk they came and sprayed the carpet with fragrance that was so strong it gave you a headache! Didn’t work as the frying oil smell was likely in the ceiling/walls vs carpet that they sprayed. Then to top it off an employee stole my sandals when I left them under a lawn chair while I took a 30 min walk on the beach. Had to review security footage to get them to give them back. 👍

I have stayed there for 7 nights . I liked a size of my room and the property being right on the beach. Also the bar by the pool was good with tasty meals and super friendly bartenders. I think the cleanliness both in the room and outside on the property was really poor. No housekeeping even when I requested it. Had issues with internet connection that was eventually fixed by the internet provider. I don’t think I will stay there again in the future.

House hunting trip
Everything was great! Breakfast bar was to expensive but yummy. Great location for us to go around areas looking for a retirement home. They even let us stay a bit late to wait for hurricane Helene to pass before we left!

First time staying here - we were in a 2 bedroom condo on the 2nd floor. Overall it was a good stay. It wasn't the cleanest and the couch was a bit worn but the beds were comfy and it was pretty quiet despite being on the 2nd floor above the pool area and outdoor bar. However, both bedrooms are on the hall side so early in the morning you hear more room doors opening and closing. The tv in the living room is streaming only but the tvs in the bedrooms are regular cable. The parking deck stayed full and we had to park in their lot across the street every day. But the staff was very nice and check in was smooth.
