It was not a good experience. Our room was adjacent to the pool and it opens at 6 in the morning and children were running around screaming. There is plently of parking but the only entrance is through the front door. It was rainig and there is no covering walking around the building. There was no blow dryer in the room. We had to ask to have the room done. It took forever to check in. the floor of the shower was extremely slipery and there was nothing to hold on to getting in or out of the shower. I also left my fur coat when I left and it took over two hours for someone on the phone to tell me they had it. I called 4 hours after I had checked out. It's almost impossible to reach the front desk for anythig.

Not a good experience at all. The room was not ready at 4 for check in because the toilet was clogged (finally got in at 5:40pm) One of the reasons we went was for the pool for the kids on vacation (it was closed the entire day and night due to maintenance) and our tv did not work in our room.

Our family booked this stay on Christmas Day to enjoy the onsite amenities and unfortunately was very disappointed. Not only was the indoor pool very cold when we arrived, but the pool movie showing was horrible! There were red lines streaming across the movie and you could barely hear it! We were hoping to give our girls a different experience for Christmas but overall was not what we expected for Hilton quality. Additionally the onsite front desk staff needs to work on their courtesy and friendly interaction with their guests. We were met with a very rude welcome and we’re not told any information about hotel amenities, or what direction to go to find our room/ elevator. Highly disappointed.
